The Structured Family Caregiving Program supports the caregiver to keep the family and friends together and their loved one at home. Through this program, the client receives daily personal care from a caregiver who lives in the same home. The caregiver is provided with education and ongoing training/coaching and a financial stipend, so the caregiver ensures the client is cared for at home.
